Our Services

We provide bespoke Care & Nursing services in the comfort of your home

At Home Care Services

All new clients receive an initial visit from a senior member of the team to establish an assessment of needs.

Day & Night Care

This provides care and companionship to clients on a schedule that meets their needs and any wider support from others.

With strong experience for dementia and palliative needs, our carers:

  • Help with the day-to-day care of clients in their homes
  • Assist with personal care including washing, bathing and medication
  • Assist with daily activities including meal preparation and shopping
  • Organise repeat prescriptions for medication and schedule doctor’s appointments

We only provide long shifts of  8-12 hrs to ensure continuity of care:

Day Duty – (0800-2000 hrs) – care throughout the day

Night Duty – (2000-0800 hrs) – for clients who require assistance throughout the night

Sleepovers – (2200-0700 hrs) – for clients who need minimal assistance during the night

Live-in Care

This provides round-the-clock care and companionship for those who want the peace of mind that support is always there.

A live-in carer’s responsibilities will vary depending on the level of care that’s required, but can include:

  • Help with the day-to-day care of clients in their homes
  • Assist with personal care including washing, bathing and medication
  • Assist with daily activities including meal preparation and shopping
  • Organise repeat prescriptions for medication and schedule doctor’s appointments

Continuity of the carer is critical, however we typically support their need for breaks with cover from another carer on the 7th day.
