At Golders Green Nursing, we provide high-quality home care and private nursing services for people who wish to remain safe, comfortable and well cared for in their own homes.
Our services are built around two clear pillars: experienced home care delivered by carefully selected carers, and private nursing care delivered by NMC-registered nurses. Every client receives a personalised care plan, with support overseen by our senior nursing team and adapted as needs change.
Whether you are arranging care for yourself, a parent, a spouse or another loved one, we can help you understand the right level of support – from day and night home care to private nursing, live-in care, dementia support, palliative care and hospital discharge support.

Home Care Services
Delivered by experienced, DBS-checked carers with a minimum of two years’ experience.
Our home care services are designed for people who need practical, personal and emotional support to remain living safely at home.
Care is delivered by experienced, DBS-checked carers and overseen by our nursing team. We prioritise continuity wherever possible, allocating a small and familiar team so clients are supported by people who understand their routines, preferences and personality.
All care packages include a personalised care plan, regular review, PASS digital care records and proactive nurse oversight.
Home Nursing Services
All our nurses are fully qualified and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Our nursing services are suitable for clients who require clinical support at home, either as short nursing visits or as part of a wider day, night or 24-hour care package.
Nursing care is delivered by NMC-registered nurses and overseen by our senior nursing team. Where appropriate, we can liaise with GPs, consultants, hospitals and other healthcare professionals to support joined-up care.
Specialist & Condition-Led Care
Many clients need support because of a specific condition, diagnosis or change in health. Our nurse-led approach means we can build care around the person’s medical needs, routines, risks and family priorities.
Hospital-to-Home Support
Many families contact us when a loved one is leaving hospital and needs more support than originally expected.
We can help arrange care at home following surgery, illness, infection, a fall, reduced mobility, a new catheter, wound care needs or a general decline in confidence. Our team can liaise with hospitals, GPs, consultants, physiotherapists and other professionals where appropriate, helping to make the transition home safer and less stressful.
We regularly support clients returning home from both private and NHS hospitals across London.
