Finchley is a thriving suburban community with a large and varied elderly population – and the demand for quality home care here continues to grow. Our family-run agency offers everything from a few hours of companionship each day to full-time live-in care and specialist nursing at home, all delivered by carefully vetted carers and NMC-registered nurses with genuine experience.

Our Home Care Services in Finchley

We provide a full range of care and nursing services to residents across Finchley, Finchley Central, East Finchley, and North Finchley:

Why Finchley Families Choose Golders Green Nursing

Many Finchley families contact us after a loved one has been treated at Barnet Hospital or the Royal Free in Hampstead and is ready to come home – but still requires a level of support that family members cannot always provide alone. Our post-operative and district nursing services are particularly in demand across N3 and N12 following hospital discharge.

Our agency is nurse-led, which means every client receives clinical oversight from a qualified nurse throughout their care – not just at the start. This proactive management model is especially valued by families in Finchley who have elderly relatives with complex conditions including dementia, Parkinson’s, or who are approaching end of life.

We use the PASS digital care platform to log every care visit in real time, giving families complete visibility of the care being delivered. Our carers average over four years with the agency – well above the industry average – so your loved one will always see familiar, trusted faces.

As a CQC-registered agency rated Good, we meet the standards set by the Care Quality Commission. All carers are DBS checked, have at least two years’ professional care experience, and complete mandatory annual training covering First Aid, Infection Control, Manual Handling, Food Handling, and Safeguarding.
